Nikah Services

The Central Toronto Islamic Foundation provides Nikah Services through an Ontario License Marriage Officer. A licensed marriage officer is required in order to complete the necessary paperwork to register the marriage in the Province of Ontario.

First thing you will need to do is to obtain a marriage license from your city of residence, if you live in Toronto you can get the details on how to obtain a marriage license at – https://www.toronto.ca/services-payments/venues-facilities-bookings/getting-married/step-1-applying-for-a-marriage-licence/

Once you have obtained the license you can make an appointment with our Imam Mufty Abid Hasan who will arrange an Ontario License Marriage Officer according to the date of your Nikah.
Pleasw bring the copy of your marriage license on the day of Nikah.

It would be ideal if you meet him in person at the masjid as he is available after each salah and he will answer all your questions regarding the Nikah service.
